5 stars - Excellent service! Honest, professional, and did a great job on my Ford Escape. Diagnosed the issue quickly, used original parts and fair price. Car is running perfect now. Highly recommend!

It's a good place to take your car with problems. They have really skilled mechanics. Replaced the CVT transmission and some control arms on my Mitsubishi. Now it drives like a new car. Everything is really smooth—acceleration, coasting, steering. Good job, thank you guys.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service! I was searching for a CVT transmission fluid flush and this shop gave me the best offer by far. The entire service was very professional from start to finish. Miguel was amazing - he explained in detail what was wrong with my car, what needed to be taken care of, and went over each charge so I understood everything. No surprises, just honest and professional work. This is my place from now on. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Highly recommend. I got what I needed, not a sales push. I have been cheated at other automotive places. I feel like I got an honest assessment and the work was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. They also have a lobby area where you can work if needed, with free Wi-Fi. I want to have my van for several hundred thousand miles. I will return to Jumbo for my future needs.

I got my oil change this morning and I received excellent customer service! I spoke to Miguel on Saturday and he was very pleasant. I came in this morning at 7:30, and Miguel welcomed me with a friendly greeting and took my car. My car was finished within the estimated completion time and the price was affordable! I will be back soon! Thank you Miguel and the whole Jumbo Automotive Team!
